iLiveSite Chat

Recorded messages can be sent to your visitor via the chat window.

The left-hand side of the chat screen (below) displays information about the chat and offers several options:

Item Description
1 The current duration of the chat
2 Click to send your reply
3 Send a recorded message to the visitor
4 Auto translate the visitor’s message
5 Send a delayed canned message to the visitor
6 Click to put the current chat on hold/resume
7 Access emojis
8 Select a canned message from the dropdown list
9 Enter text to search through canned messages
10 Fill the text area with your selected canned message

To send a recorded message, click on the “Send a recorded message” button (3) as shown above.
