Recorded messages can be sent to your visitor via the chat window.
The left-hand side of the chat screen (below) displays information about the chat and offers several options:
|1||The current duration of the chat|
|2||Click to send your reply|
|3||Send a recorded message to the visitor|
|4||Auto translate the visitor’s message|
|5||Send a delayed canned message to the visitor|
|6||Click to put the current chat on hold/resume|
|8||Select a canned message from the dropdown list|
|9||Enter text to search through canned messages|
|10||Fill the text area with your selected canned message|
To send a recorded message, click on the “Send a recorded message” button (3) as shown above.
